Matthew Milligan - Procurement Manager
After studying for qualifications in Electronics and Information Technology, Matthew Started off his very successful career working with Bytecraft Stytems as a Field Service technician and Supervisor. Matt gained extensive knowledge of all things Gaming in the 12 years he remained there. Matthew is highly skilled with repairs, maintenance and installations of gaming machines including all the state gaming laws and regulations that go with it. His ability to identify, analyse and repair not only gaming machine faults but an array of other gaming operations equipment makes for an advanced skill set in the industry which he brings to his position within Frontier. Matthew also spent eight years working for two of the world’s leading Gaming Solutions Providers - Amtek and Ainsworth, in both Business Development and Sales Executive roles. Including management of the implementation and roll out of the MYKI system across Victoria. Matt has the ability to train, mentor and oversee many areas of management within Hotel’s and Clubs. His Sales and Procurement experience aids in analysing important aspects to develop existing business segments in terms of sales.
Marnie Ballard - Marketing & Promotions Manager
Marnie Ballard heads up the marketing team at Frontier Hospitality. After studying psychology at Flinders University Marnie pursued a career in Marketing which saw her work in a vast number of different organisations across the country. She eventually found her niche in Hospitality & Gaming in Victoria and now has over 15 years’ experience in this field. Marnie specialises in assisting venues and their teams to plan and execute strategies that can help them increase visitation, membership and turnover while focusing on continuity and the ability to maximise their business opportunities within this space. Marnie has a vast knowledge of the gaming legislation and consults with venues to help them achieve their goals all while operating within to correct framework. As part of the marketing team Marnie works closely with our BDMs to assist venues in many areas of their organisation whether it be their Bistro Area, Membership Offering, Gaming Promotions to general Brand Awareness

Tom Zouzounis - Business Development Manager
Tom started his career in Gaming at Crown Casino in 1994, at the age of 22. Having already worked in family businesses from 15 years of age, he had an early passion for Hospitality and customer service. Crown offered him many opportunities for advancement, and over the 19 years of service, he had various roles ranging from Managing Loyalty Programs that included overseeing 15 Service Hosts, to MC Live Events.
In November of 2013, Tom joined the team within Frontier and found himself meeting new people from clubs and pubs, that share the same passion for this industry. Tom currently looks after 13 venues across Victoria, and prides himself on providing exceptional service and ensuring that Frontier members know, that they are his top priority.

Nikki Gration - Compliance & Marketing Coordinator
Nikki joined the team of Frontier Hospitality January 2022 With extensive knowledge from 25 years hands-on management in venue's, she brings the benefit of her experiences in venue to our member. Working across all departments of hotel's and clubs Nikki has extensive knowledge with gaming systems, POS systems, venue compliance and AML. As a venue manager she also gained lengthy experience in activating promotions and marketing strategies. Nikki heads up our AML training and is always available and ready to assist all venues
Wilma Bodey – Bookkeeper & Payroll
Wilma comes with 15 years’ experience in the Hospitality industry ranging from Admin assistant, payroll, accounts payable and Bookkeeping to Gaming Attendant. Wilma brings with her a wealth of knowledge.
